Meet Andrew Henck

I am a Millennial who is on a journey, learning through life experiences that have cultivated opportunities to develop relationships with people, engaging their strengths to contribute their best to organizations that change lives.

My professional background includes experience in strengths-based leadership development, organizational change and consulting in the higher education and nonprofit sectors. Currently, I’m the Internship Programme Coordinator at World Vision International.

I hold a M.A. in Leadership degree with an emphasis in leadership development from Azusa Pacific University and a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Point Loma Nazarene University. I’m an active member of the International Leadership Association (ILA) and proud to serve as the first chair of the new Youth Leadership Member Interest Group. My ongoing research interests include five generations at work together and changing organizational cultures.
